Ol’SkoolFriday36

For the week ending on June 3, 1978, this song was #3 on the US Top 40 charts.  Much is the same in the realm of pop music as far as image, imagery, subject matter, and the pervasiveness of the famous in the public consciousness go.  Fashion and performance styles have changed with the times, and pop music, in general seems to have gone in a less….musical…direction, but for now we can enjoy this performance of this song for a few reasons:

  1. It’s super catchy and groovy
  2. Andy’s stage moves
  3. That white sweater

R.I.P. Andy Gibb.  Another good one gone too soon.
